Sarah Reilly
Sarah Reilly is the Principal Consultant of Cred Community Planning, a social planning consultancy she established in 2003. Sarah has more than 20 years experience working within and for the government, community, and private sectors in social planning, community capacity building and management roles and as such has an in depth knowledge of both social planning practice and service delivery.
Since establishing Cred, Sarah has successfully worked with a diverse range of clients including Housing NSW, City of Sydney, Redfern Waterloo Authority, Kings Cross Youth at Risk Initiative, and Carrington Centennial Care on projects including Community Strategic Plans, partnership building, community engagement, community facilities plans, social impact assessments and analysing the community and cultural considerations to inform Town Centre Master Plans. As Principal Consultant, Sarah is highly experienced in project management and working within multidisciplinary teams. Sarah is an advocate for building strong communities through collaboration, empowerment and engagement. Sarah takes an innovative and creative approach to planning for sustainable community outcomes and understands the need to achieve the triple bottom line of social, economic, and environmental sustainability.
Sarah is a member of the Planning Institute of Australia where she has been appointed the 2012 NSW Social Planning Chapter Chair. She is also the PIA representative on the Premier’s Council for Children and Young People, Built Environment Taskforce.
Aline Mansour
Research Assistant
Aline Mansour is a graduate from the University of New South Wales with a BA majoring in English. She is currently studying to achieve her Masters in Social Development from UNSW. Aline is an excellent verbal and written communicator and has a strong background in community, arts, culture, media, customer service, tourism, management, sales and quality planning. Aline has worked in community development positions at Bankstown City Council and Bankstown Youth Development Services. Aline speaks Arabic fluently and is experienced in working in cross-cultural settings.

Place Partners is a specialist place making consultancy with an interdisciplinary approach to the creation and revitalisation of great people places. Kylie Legge is a graduate of Architecture and holds a Masters in Social Science (Environment and Planning). She has over 15 years experience in the industry and has led projects across Australia, Asia and in the Middle East for councils, developers and state and national government agencies. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the complex task of place making and is committed to both independent research and rigourous practice to enhance the developing profession. Her passion is building the relationship between people and their environments through a fuller understanding of their physical, intellectual and spiritual needs. Kylie is a well regarded speaker, trainer and facilitator and has presented at conferences and facilitated place making training and place making workshops for government and business globally.

Ben Giles is an architect with twenty years experience in a wide variety of architectural projects and building types throughout Australia and the UK. This experience includes residential projects from individual houses to apartment buildings; mixed-use projects; community facilities; retail centres; medical buildings; commercial office and hospitality fit outs. Most recently Ben was a member of Stockland's design team, as National Manager: Housing and Built Form.
