Sarah Reilly
Sarah Reilly is a social planner and local government specialist with over 20 years experience working within and for the government, community, and private sectors. Sarah holds qualifications in Recreation Planning and in Organisational Communication. She is a member of the Planning Institute of Australia where she is recognised as a Certified Practicing Planner.
Sarah is highly experienced in areas relating to local government and community sector policy and planning. In particular community facility and public space planning, community strategic planning, community consultation and engagement, and service delivery and review. Sarah is also highly skilled in working with socially, economically, and culturally diverse communities.
As the Director of Cred Community Planning, Sarah is also an experienced project manager who has been in charge of over 80 projects managing multidisciplinary teams across a range of diverse projects.
Aline Mansour
Aline Mansour is a graduate from the University of New South Wales with a BA majoring in English. She is currently studying to achieve her Masters in Social Development from UNSW. Aline is an excellent verbal and written communicator and has a strong background in community, arts, culture, media, customer service, tourism, management, sales and quality planning. Aline has worked in community development positions at Bankstown City Council and Bankstown Youth Development Services. Aline speaks Arabic fluently and is experienced in working in cross-cultural settings.
Leisa Leddick
Leisa’s work history demonstrates a long-standing commitment to, and record of achievement in, Regional, Community and International Development and Employment, Education and Training. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Ecotourism) from Charles Sturt University, Albury NSW.
She is an innovative, collaborative, and strategic thinker who has worked in a number of roles where she has been responsible for the management, monitoring and evaluation of various projects. Roles include Project Officer for The Regional Development Company, Liaison Officer for North East Vocational Education and Training (NEVET), and Group Leader Youth Challenge International Vanuata.

Ben Giles is an architect with twenty years experience in a wide variety of architectural projects and building types throughout Australia and the UK. This experience includes residential projects from individual houses to apartment buildings; mixed-use projects; community facilities; retail centres; medical buildings; commercial office and hospitality fit outs. Most recently Ben was a member of Stockland's design team, as National Manager: Housing and Built Form.
